In a quiet jungle, there lived a baby elephant named Edgar. Edgar loved to play all day—splashing in rivers, chasing butterflies, and blowing bubbles with his trunk. But when the sun started to set and the stars peeked out, Edgar had a hard time getting sleepy.
“I don’t want to go to bed!” Edgar giggled, trumpeting softly.
Mama Elephant smiled. “Bedtime helps you grow big and strong, Edgar. Let’s try our bedtime routine!”
✨ Step #1: A Calm Routine
First, Mama gave Edgar a warm bath. “A bath helps you relax,” she said. Edgar splashed and giggled, but soon, the warm water made him feel cozy.
✨ Step #2: Gentle Stretches
Next, Mama and Edgar did gentle stretches. They touched their toes, flapped their ears, and took deep breaths. “In and out,” Mama said softly. Edgar felt calmer already.
✨ Step #3: A Soft Lullaby
Finally, Mama sang Edgar’s favorite lullaby while rocking him under the starry sky. “Soft and slow, let the jungle winds blow,” she hummed. Edgar’s eyes grew heavy.
As Edgar snuggled into his soft blanket of leaves, he whispered, “Mama, what will I dream about tonight?”
Mama smiled, “Maybe about flying with butterflies or splashing in the biggest river. Sweet dreams, my little star.”
With a big yawn and a tiny trumpet sound, Edgar drifted off to sleep, dreaming of gentle adventures.
The End.
🌙 Sleep tight, little one! Sweet dreams await.
